Shipping information:
All products will be shipped by USPS or EMS or DHL worldwide express. Once you complete the order and payment, we will ship out yourproducts within 24 hours. We will inform the tracking number to your email;Generally, It will take 3-6 working days to deliver to your door.

Returns / Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. The items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items sold together as a promotional offer cannot be returned separately. Currently, Superslimpomegranate.com offers free returns. However, if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect, we will gladly refund the full delivery charge.How do I return or exchange an item

Step 3, Please return items in the original condition and packaging to our address.

How do I get a refund
once we received your returned item(s), we will refund you through credit card. Please note if you still hasn’t receive your refund in 14 working days, please contact us, our customer service will be happy to assist you with any enquiry regarding your refund.

No, We don't add taxes, VAT or other hidden charges. You pay us what you see on the invoice. And all shipping is for free!
How does your delivery service work?
We understand how important it is to receive your order when you expect them. In that case, we use secure and fast shipping methods to deliver your order. We suggest you has your goods delivered to a work address rather than a home address as our couriers only deliver between 9am to 5pm, as it is signature required upon receipt.
What if I am not at home when you deliver?
Deliveries are made via our contracted couriers. Our couriers are signature-based and require someone to be present upon delivery. If you are not available, a contact card will be left and you can arrange for a suitable delivery time at your earliest convenience.
